My oldest son, Jeremy, had signed his enlistment a couple months ago. Today Mom and I dropped him off to head to boot camp tomorrow to start his time in the armed forces. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. This will be the first time for him to spend extended amount of time away from the family. Looking forward to boot camp graduation.

Excellent choice...…..

He'll do "service week" in boot camp....
Volunteer for NQS clerk... "Non Qualified Swimmers"....
While everybody else is out scrubbing pots and pans.....He'll

Congrats and good for HIM and your family! I still remember years past when I took my youngest son to downtown Dallas Hotel the night before he left. It was a mixed emotion seeing him go, but it has been the best experience for our family...so far.
God Bless and welcome to the "family," keep us in the loop!

Best thing a young man can do is join the military.
If I get a stack of resumes from college grads I’ll sort the military guys to the top.
I’ll take a veteran from a no-name school vs a big name college grad every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Tell the squid thank you for his service!
