    Just a little info on this place. We actually heard about the property from the neighbor, A member here.

    House stats- 50x70 living, vaulted ceilings, 10' wrap around porches, built in "tool storage" room, 4 bed,3bath

    Shop- 50x60x16 w 25' covered parking off short side

        Have you gotten a quote on your building? Are you using a builder or contracting it yourself? Looking to start getting my prices together right now.

          Contracting it out ourselves.

          We went after quotes on design, buildings, dirt, main power, concrete, pool, and hired a builder to complete the interior for the remainder.

          The hardest part was finding the Steel Building. You can get buildings all over, but throw in tons of Windows, doors, and windstorm needs and they run away.

              I have a small mueller 30x40 with 10 foot covered porches for our weekend camp
              Built out the inside ourselves. I would suggest upgraded windows for efficiency.

              That house of yours sounds awesome
