To me it looks like a femur and a broken tibia, but can't tell the size without anything to scale it by

The black bone has a huge tuberosity not present on a human femur, and the lower bearing surface is not lined up parallel with the bone necessary with upright walking. The greater tubercle is much too large on the humerus to be human.

Not human, I have boxes of them. The grooves on the ends are to deep. Like someone said, they are short so I would go with pig.

If you ever bored one day and live in a big city like Houston....go stick a couple deer/cow leg bones just slightly on a major jogging trail (memorial park comes to mind) and go sit on a bench and watch.
