Default Should I go hunt?

It's REALLY hot but I want to kill something so I'm on the fence. The question is, if you had the next 13 days off with nothing to do with Axis and recently spotted Aoudad hanging out where you hunt (as in coming to feeders), would you go hunting BY YOURSELF from Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday? Or stay home and relax?

P.S. I threw the by yourself part in because it'll be a lot of work for me alone if I do kill one or the other...

My son and I are hunting axis this Mon-Tues. It’s just heat and humidity and a lot of sweating. Not miserable like freezing your butt off somewhere up north.

I am addicted to hunting so, i saw grab some cold beer and get to hunting. You have 13 days off. Hunt for 3-5 days and relax for the rest.

Get to the lease and relax. Hunt if you feel like it and if you don't feel like hunting , take it easy and enjoy the peace and quiet doing nothing!

If you got that many days off, I’d go for a couple days especially if you got one coming to feeder on regular intervals. If you get there and it turn out to be too hot for you after a day or so then come Back home. Hopefully you’ll have great success and feel like the trip gives you a break and relaxes you in process
Go try it, wish you success.
Post anything you get !

I guess you cold hang around the house and relax but you would be thinking about hunting and wondering if anything was at the feeder. You can relax after you get your trophy. Surely you know someone that would come help for a hindquarter off of an Axis.

Bad day of hunting beats the best day of working. I'm with the others and I'd have a cooler of cold drinks in my blind to cool me off during sits. Now's the time to really see how good your scent control game is

If hunting ever sounds like less fun than sitting around the house you may need to find a new hobby lol. Get a cooler of beer and go knock down an axis.

Wow- I know I’ve been gone for awhile, but the ridiculousness of the question you are asking makes me want to CT your head and mine!

Hell yeah I would get after them, even in the heat. Early mornings and late evenings will be great. I killed my giant fallow in the heat of Aug with Buff a few years back. So worth it.

Once again the delirium of hunting is prevalent but I feel much better with your response- I want to kill with my bow and will shoot any legal thing I can with a bow. I want hides and heads to decorate my house and meat in the freezer. Sometimes I just get the itch to place a life sucking arrow through the pump station of whatever’s available...just because. Go forth and bow kill!

If I had some exotics to hunt, I would be hammered down headed west. I've been waiting for two weeks for some consistent pig action day or night at my local place but no dice. Get yo highly respected arse in the Jeep and go kill ya something so we can live vicariously through you.
