Getting ready for a nice long smoke on the Kamado and decided to check my thermometers for accuracy. Glad I did! Surprisingly the cheap Taylor remote probe was dead on.
On a side note anyone know a good countertop guy in the Mansfield area? This house has suffered with those nasty pink formica countertops since 1991.
