I wanted to share this, because I know that Kuiu can, and has been, get a bad rap for customer service. I've experienced some delays and out of stocks myself.
This was my first year purchasing from them after a visit to the roadshow that was moved to San Antonio due to Harvey, so I don't have any history with them. All of my other system pieces are Sitka with a few First Lite sprinkled in.
I received the below letter in the mail yesterday. I thought this was a really nice, personalized touch. Not at all what I, and many here, may have expected from a group that has notoriously not had the greatest customer service.
Anyway. Just wanted to share that they have some people there that do seem to care about the little guys actually spending their money with them.
