Age help

Looking to get advice on the age of this 10 point which has short tines. I hunt in an antler restriction county. Trying to take a management deer that wont ever be much bigger. Also, would the second deer classify as a legal spike? Thanks.

I agree with the first buck appearing to be 3 or 4. It's hard to age an animal based off of a single picture. The second buck would be a legal spike. Good luck!
