This is my first post. Last Thursday as soon as I got off work I headed to the lease. Sat from 5 till dark and nothing. After it got too dark to shoot I went back to the truck, dropped off my bow and grabbed a landscape light from the truck. I grabbed a beer and made my way back to the feeder. I knelt down and was tie wrapping the light to my feeder leg. I here something behind me and as I turn around I have two hogs five feet behind me eating corn. I jumped up and one charged me and I kicked him in the jaw (no sidearm). They were small (30 lbs) and they ran about 10 yards and stopped. Then their backup showed up (much larger than 30 lbs). I ran full speed back to the truck and am going back for revenge tomorrow. The lights are now up and running. I just got my Heli-m so have yet to kill anything with it but it's gonna be hard to beat that adrenaline rush.
