I’d say 4. Agree with the above though, tooth aging is very misleading.

Every deer we shoot, the teeth look just like this one. Never get the chance to watch them for more than a year or two.

I'd say the teeth show 4, but that isn't a 4 year old deer. Past 2 years of age, don't ever hang-your-hat on what the teeth show.

Our experience is tooth age is a minimum age. Most are older than the teeth show, especially in protein fed deer. We've had known 8 yr olds show 4/5 yr wear....

Absolutely. It sucks when folks get kicked off a lease for shooting a deer with 3 year old teeth that was really 6.
