Bergara HMR 308

I have to brag on this gun!!! This thing is absolutely amazing. It’s not me, it’s definitely the gun.

Setup: Bergara HMR .308
Scope: Athlon Ares ETR Mil 4.5-30
Suppressor: Silencerco Hybrid
Bags: Wiebad Pump Pillow and Fortune Cookie
Ammo: 175grain federal Sierra Match Kong’s



200yard grouping. 3 shot group.


Did take it to a PRS match and ended up placing 28th out of 100 this past month. Have to say having the right gun makes a huge difference!

I just ordered one for my cousin last week. Should find out how it shoots pretty soon. I’ve shot most of Bergaras lineup, and I have yet to be dissatisfied with anything they make.

I love the .308! But I do wish I would’ve gotten the 6.5 now after shooting more.

Yes I did! I was using Vortex PA 6.5-20 mil dot with MOA turrets.

The gun definitely shoots! This was at 1000 yards today. 4 shots aiming at center of chest dot.
