Cull buck

Shot a 4.5 year old cull yesterday morning, out of my maverick blind with shoot threw camouflage mesh on the windows, hart shot at 30yards with rage 3-blade and my Hoyt Defiant. Definitely not the biggest buck in the woods but he needed to go. Got him out of the corn eating pool.
First buck I’ve killed in five years LOL.

That's one buck called a "cull" that I can actually agree with. He never was gonna make much, but I'll bet he tastes good.

Congrats on the deer. I'm curious as to how you installed the window mesh on your Maverick

I started out with a picture hangers with the sticky tab, then I ended up using pushpins just push it into the plastic. I'll take pics next time I go out. So when I open the windows it always looks the same they can't see me. Three main windows are the smoke glass to purchase separate. I also have it in between the blanks also, so I can open them for air.

I open the windows tact it on and then close the windows against it, so it's on the inside, between the opening and the window if that makes sense. Hopefully I'll be out there on the 18th I'll take some pics I'm just north of you on the Mertzon Ranch.
