Default I don’t usually post “what’s for dinner?” but...

Great way to end the holiday weekend. Grilled shrimp and dove (shot this morning) - saffron rice and veggies - oh man!

Looks great! Don’t have any pics but had bacon wrapped dove grilled and rib eye steak with baked potato.

Bacon wrapped dove with japs and venison backstrap cooked on mesquite.

I had to stop by 2 different Labor Day cook outs today. Everyone was asking why I wasn't eating much. Hot dogs and hamburgers. I passed. Lol.

Very nice!

Checkout the smoked backstrap I did in the recipe section. The culinary aspect of hunting is my main reason. Love cooking wild game.

Looks great John, but a couple observations...
First and foremost, that plate is WAY too small!! Need a much bigger pile of dove and shrimp!!
Also, either those doves were de-boned breasts to make 'em "bite-sized" or them's some Yuuuggee shrimps!!

Lastly, less rice more fungus n spare-gus!!
