Plumber near Pearland needed

I'm out of town and need a reliable plumber to go by the house and fix this broken jet tub.
The knob cracked off when the inspector went by..I'm sure he over tightened it but from the looks it was on the way out anyhow.
Looks like a new trim kit extension valve from moen should fix it. I am not in town so like I said want a reliable plumber to swing by and fix asap!

Am I correct in that just the cartridge can be replaced? Would hate to have to cut into the copper fixture itself if avoidable
