Hunting Africa Help

Myself and a buddy are looking into going to Africa in 2020. I know we have a lot of other Africa threads on here but I was hoping to get some recommendations and stories on this thread to make it a little easier on myself. So I’d really appreciate information about what outfitter you went with, how the hunting was, and just the overall experience good and bad. Thanks very much for the info!

Went May 18. Nothing bad really. The place we stayed the first night had changed ownership and wasnt all that great... so maybe not stay at African House. That was about it for anything bad.

Basically spent the entire trip at the outfitter so we didnt see much by way of seeing sights.. but they offer excursions if you want.




We used Dries Visser and I would recommend them without any reservations about doing so.

Another place you might check is www.africahunting.com. Probably every African hunter in the world is on there, and lots of forums, blogs, articles, videos, etc.
