Default Venison Steak Diane w/ shiitake and sweet pea risotto

This recipe came from wild game chef Hank Shaw. I paired it with a shiitake and sweet pea risotto. It was was great! Here is the link to the recipes if anyone is interested in making it.

I made this the other day! It's incredible! I just had mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.
