Another barndominium build.

This all started in October 2013, when my cousin had his brother and sister in laws living with him after they sold their house. They were staying with him while they searched for their new home.

I mentioned to them that they should consider buying my house and 10 acres. I built this house from the ground up in 2006-07. I told them a price that I was comfortable with and let it be.

Little did I know that about 3-4 days later, they had already been preapproved for the amount that I told them. The next 30 days were pretty hectic with appraisals, inspections, and a few repairs.

Well my birthday in October 30th, happy birthday my house is sold, I'm moving everything into storage, selling furniture to friends, and basically homeless. This was not much if a plan, I really hadn't thought about the reality of actually selling the house.

I will let the pictures speak for the rest. Over the next 10 months, with help from friends and family this was born. All while living in a travel trailer and working full time. The only thing that I subbed out was the pouring and finishing of the concrete and the spray foam insulation.

Building is 30x60 with 20x60 awnings on both sides. Living quarters is 20x30.
