We will sprinkle Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. (Not too much pretty salty)
or my BQ rub on the pork rib racks a couple days before. Then cut the ribs apart and fry them in a turkey fryer. Cut some whole potatoes about 3/16" thick and fry them after the ribs and sprinkle the potatoes with a little seasoning. I tried some beef ribs before and they were good but prefer the pork ribs. You cant eat just one!!!

my La. friends take a piglet 10-20 lbs, cut him up in 1/4, rub with Cajuin rub, deep fry like a turkey, putting the ribs in about 1/2 through. They cook them about 2 min longer than turkey,, Goooood
