    Kratz Baffin Bay Cafe Tarter Sauce

    I wonder how they make thier Tarter Sauce its great Anybody got a recipe similar to it.

      Same goes for the King's Inn tartar sauce ... I can eat that stuff with a SPOON!

        Kings Inn Tarter 1/4 recipe


        8 oz mayo Hellmans
        8 oz Salad dressing
        2 1/2 Boiled eggs
        1 tube Ritz Crackers
        1.5 oz worchestershire(3 Tablespoons)
        1/2 bell pepper
        1/4 onion
        1/4 slalk celery
        1/4 to 1/2 small jar pimentos
        2 - 3 anchovies fillets

        Chop everyting fine -add more crackers if to thin

        Salt -white pepper--and Jalapeno to taste

                  cool I need this recipe tonite, Bought 20 lbs of drum ribs yesterday in rivera tx and were going to have a heck of a fish fry.
