I went through about 10 billion butterflies last week, them 100 thousand love bugs. What is the best way to get the vehicle clean. They are caked on pretty bad. Any suggestions are appreciated! The car wash didn't make a dent.

WD40 works great, melts
them right off. Just don't spray on glass. Even works better on road tar.

I go to one of the self use power washer car wash places. Soak for a minute of two and they blow right off.

Carry a can on PAM cooking spray in your vehicle.

Spray the front of your car/truck in early September .
