Tracking Dog Needed - Bastrop County.

Anyone know or have a good tracking dog in Bastrop county? Shot a pretty good buck last night. Backed out after several hundred yards and decided to come back this morning. Trying to get back on blood and could use a good nose.

Good luck. Have you called anyone on the Tracking dog list?

I've got a great dog, but you're outside of the area I run in. If you cannot locate anyone on the tracking dog list let me know via PM. I will see what I can clear to try and come help.

You might try Sika on here or Matt McWilliams (pretty sure that's his name) not sure of either come out to your area or not but both have awesome dogs.

No Bueno! Ran into that this weekend...first one we were unable to recover this season. Broke leg buck made it 500 yards and jumped the fence no permission to track on the other side. Dog was ******!

If Matt McWilliams will come to your area I highly recommend him and his dog. He found a buck for me a few weeks back in the rain.

No luck. Put a lot of miles on the boots scouring the properties, but no dice.
