Just an FYI, those inserts are not acrylic. They are polycarbonate plastic. Big difference....

I believe he was talking about just the barrel, not the poly inserts. I have a friend that does calls and has made some with wood where they bond acrylic with it. Turns out pretty unique.

Yes I was talking about the barrels not the inserts. Turning wood and acrylic are pretty different in the process.
