In light of an honest and full disclosure...I'm from Mississippi
I guess it's a geographical thing. LOL! Technically, I think of a THS as right up the chute.

First deer I ever killed with a bow, in 1991, was spined. I made a bad shot and it died where it stood. It was a bad shot, but a dead deer. I'll take it.
LOL! We wore "thongs" (the ones that go on your feet! )

I hope my Flip-flop Crocs will work, cause I've got 3 pairs. Two pair are camo; one for day and one for night. The other pair is for dress-up Flip-flops.
    Perfect!

A marginal hit with a heavy arrow ended in a successful recovery. Who would of thought?

Heavy arrow with a sharp, wide and durable broadhead from an efficient and well tuned bow...all made up for poor execution from the weakest link!

Wide durable broadhead is good insurance...

Opening day of bow season this year I was headed to my stand . I had to cross about 50 acres of knee high pasture to get there. I had my head down walkin and heard a grunt. When I looked up there were pigs standing all around me.. I cocked my head light to the side and shot the biggest one I could see.. I hit him right in the crease. Problem was the end I was shooting at happened to be his rear end.. there was another pig behind him and that's the head I saw.. anyway he went 30 yards and fell over.. sometimes bad shots work out.. that one should eat ..congrats

my wife made that shot on her first bow kill (9 pt) several years ago. He was found dead the next morning about 75 yards from the shot. Congrats!
