What do ya'll use for a rest when hunting from an elevated tree stand to support the crossbow for a steady shot? Thanks

My wife uses her knee or a mono pod

i have heard of using a camera arm, but it sounds like a mono pod would work

I just use my elbow on my knee or my elbow rested and braced on my climbing stand. Just do it the same way you do your rifle. Good Luck

yea, shoulder not doing too well, will hunt with the recurve as long as I can, then to the crossbow
