I didn't feel rested this morning, but my java and preworkout cocktail got me motivated. 10X10 again today and raised the weight by 25% on bicep curls and 20% on tricep kickbacks. So kettlebell swings, pushups, goblet squats, bicep curls and tricep kickbacks.

45 mins of cardio and back with the trainer as mentioned above.
Helped big time with my form and mixing up my standard 3x12 or 4x10 sets You guys have any recommendations for preform out? I started using C4 but 2 buddies that are gym rats were really pushing legion athletics "pulse". Reviews look great for it too |

I had a presentation to make today at 7 AM and didn't think I could swing it, but I did after all. Got up at 0400 and made it tot he gym by 0500 and out by 0600. I made my GF speed it up today and that helped keep the intensity up. All supersets, back and chest, 5X5. Flat bench press/bent over rows pronated grip, incline dumbbell press/standing t-bar row, cable flys/low rows.
Back to 10X10 tomorrow. |

This 10X10. Yesterday was a heavy 5X5 day with chest and back. I should have looked to see what today's 10X10 entailed. Dumbbell presses, bent over dumbbell rows, dumbbell squats, planks, feet on ball hip thrusts. I really trashed the back today with the bent over rows. Every three sets I increased the weight by 10%. The 10th set I thought I was gonna hurl. There's little to no rest in between sets or exercises except for me walking into the box for the planks and hip thrusts. I don't know how many calories I'm burning, but I'm sure sweating like a stuck pig. My Fitbit should be here on Friday. I'll be glad to see what it tells me. I need to get my BF checked. The goal is to increase my weight to 235 and BF of 12-15%.
I'm at 225 now. Got back some of the weight I lost when i had my gall bladder out. Diet is my issue. Not enough protein for sure. |

I didn't even wanna get outta bed this AM, but did. Shoulders and legs today. Seated shoulder press/lateral raises, upright rows/bent over dumbbell flys, rear delt cable pulls, squats/leg extensions, calf raises, incline situps/leg raises. Heavy 5X5 routine.
Back is tight today. Heck I'm tight all over. I need a yoga day or a massage. Maybe both! Have a great weekend! |

Shoulder today. I'm with you on the yoga sabrekiller. Gonna do X stretch in the morning, it's an hour of yoga based stretches. Yoga X is an hour and a half long, so I don't do it often.

Didn't sleep very well so I wasn't feeling it today, but went anyway. GF came up with a tabata workout that consisted of 10 winged sit ups with a kettle bell, 10 planks with a twist, 10 Romanian situps with a kettlebell , 10 inchworms with a pushup and 500 meters on the rowing machine. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Started working on the third round and time ran out. Went back into the gym and did some chest and back.

Was at the classic Saturday and work yesterday plus a cousins bday party so didn't make it with the shorter gym hours they have on that day.
Was back at it at 4:30 am this morning for chest and tris Thinking bi's and shoulders tomorrow And back and legs Wednesday. Will be in Fraser, Co checking out the wedding venue Thursday Am- Saturday Night so there goes 3 days. However if the rain holds off plan on doing plenty of hiking which will help. |

Had a hog tournament Friday, so no workout then... Saturday was my sons first b day... missed that workout. Meetings all day Sunday. And everything today has snowballed.
Wife has missed enough mornings that she agreed today that I can have them back. I hate 5am workouts but it 100% guarantees I can get them in. Running low in ththe motivation department. There is just soooo many things I would rather do. Maybe back to mornings will free that time up and allow me to stay motivated |

Believe it or not......if it or not, if it comes off over a longer period of time you are more than likely to keep it off. All of these gimmicky diet fads where you drop a ton of weight quick are not sustainable. The person just ends up going back to doing what they were before and the weight just comes back plus some. Eating right and exercising will skinny you up, it just takes a little while. Speaking from experience here.

Back and bi's was a succes with about 20 mins of cardio mixed in.
Legs and shoulders tomorrow. Tried a new prework (Legion Pulse) out today and I like the tingly feeling most give but this lacked in that however I felt like I was getting a insane pump throughout the work out. |

Leg workout today. Wasn't sure if I was gonna puke or pass out. Haven't pushed that hard in a while. DRettele, I haven't had anything big enough chasing me to have to run since I was a teenager. Lol. A friend of mine that I worked out with several years back put on a bunch of weight after he got married. He started running and lost a lot of weight in about 3 months. He runs local 5k and other marathons and loves it.
