I love IPA's and am on a Karbach kick right now. Hopadillo is great and the Rodeo Clown Double IPA is fantastic.

Found it in a bar in Wisconsin. Me and my buddy were there for work but ended up bringing home a lot of it. Then had another shipment brought down a few months later. =D

Haven't found it here yet.

Loved visiting the brewery, as it is a really cool setup. Their beer though, is a little sour for me.

Default Beer....

Myself and cookemerkel have been known to drink a little variety of brews. Couldn't get the whole garage but y'all get the idea.

And yes they are all different and all empty!

Liquid gold!! Only problem is they only let you buy a 12pk per person at the brewery!!....I might be making a drive down too the brewery before Christmas & if I do maybe a bottle trade would be in order

Have never tried younger simply because I don't want to stand in line for hrs to try it. Also have to admit their Blind Pig IPA is a little better than Pliny the Elder...

Trade sounds excellent. Let myself or Cookemerkel know what you want. We had a trip out that way a few years ago and spent the better part of the day and night at the brewery drinking all they would let us. It was a rough flight that next morning! Not sure if we had the Blind Pig but I wouldnt complain if I had to do a side by side comparrison.

One 12pk per person?! We were there a few years back but were flying out the next morning and we not prepared to pack any beer back, so we settled for drinking our fill while eating some grub there at the brewery!

Yeah they control their beer pretty tight..if your lucky enough to find it at a liquor store most will only let you buy 2 at a time and they have a list of regular customers they call 1st..

I'm a big advocate of local beer. Beer does not travel well in a truck. In the greater Houston area, my favorite breweries are Buffalo Bayou, Lone Pint, St. Arnold's, Karbach, and Southern Star, in roughly that order.

We've got a pretty weak micro brewery scene here in SA. However, the few we've got are pretty darn good. I spend every other Wednesday at the Busted Sandal enjoying some freshly brewed beer at their tap room.
