    Best steak sauce?

    What's your go to steak sauce?

    I'm a real Texan so I eat steak medium rare with no sauce..But if you put something on your steak what do you like?

    No sauce also, season it and grill it

      melted garlic butter is about the only "liquid" I add to my steaks

            I don't use it unless I go to a restaurant and they over cook my steak but A-1 is good stuff.

                We have a good steak place in Drumright, Oklahoma called Joseph's. When we go we ask for smoke. They have a sauce of drippings with smoke added to it.

                        I don't use sauce from a bottle, but occasionally I will eat a few things with my steak.

                        Creamy horseradish, heavy on the horseradish

                        This spicy tomato paste stuff my mom makes, with Tabasco, olive oil and vinegar, she makes it with beef brouchettes and it's mnmm

                        Grilled pablano pepper

                        And sometimes I want some pickled jalapenos with my steak

                        I like to use Allegro sometimes too, is that unTexan?
