According to our lease manager we got .87, better than a poke in the eye

We received 6/10 in town last night.

Had a good day today, took the morning off and headed down to the little Concho County turkey spot before heading out to the lease to feed protein. Heard a few gobbles but they were not answering calls. This guy came to feed in the wheat field and got unlucky. Better late than never...


After that, headed to Palmer's and picked up a trailer with 3800 lbs. of protein. Deer have been hitting it hard, each protein feeder only had a couple of pounds left and we fed only 3 weeks ago. I don't think Water Valley got as much rain as we did in town but there were a few puddles here and there.

Yeah I heard our area in Irion only got 3/10. I'll check tomorrow.
