Wind was not kind

Didn’t hunt yesterday due to the high winds. Went up today to top off feeder for Thanksgiving weekend, ck the camera, and ck my blind. Well my blind was at least a 1/2 mile se from where it was set up next to a hay bail. Bought it new last year at the end of season. Barronett cool max I think it’s called, anyway, tore it up pretty good.

Gonna take some denim and gorilla tape to it to hold it together for the rest of the season.

There went $200 down the drain.

I procrastinated one time tieing down my pop up blind

I was in blind sat morning, 5:30 a.m. and 71 degrees, 6:14, wind changed, and came in west, and less than 4 mins later it hit from the north, and it cooled 18 degrees by 9:17 to 58, and It blew w/ a vengeance.... My stand was secure, but the gust hit so hard, it pulled 2 screws holding a window and blew it open..
