For those that have taken MD with a trad bow, do they react to the shot like Whitetail? Most whitetail duck or turn when you shoot. Do mule deer do that same

No, they act/react nothing like whitetail. or at leas that has been my experience.
They stand there, and watch the arrow coming at them. -
They are not "wired up" as tightly as whitetails (as jumpy)....I have never had one move until after the arrow hit it. YMMVComment

Ok I have noticed that on TV and the one I shot with my Wheel bow did not seem to react but I have never shot one with my trad gear and I am going to New Mexico in January for a hunt
