Thank you all. I sure appreciate it. Went turkey hunting this morning with the setup and i really dig the quiver. worked great. Didnt get anything, but had a blast anyways.
Bill in san jose, i will keep that in mind. I dont make it out to cali all that often. I will actually be in yosemite nat park this september for two weeks on a rock climbing trip, but thats about as close as i will make it to san jose for now. The shoots sound like alot of fun. Anyone know if there any groups like that in north texas?

If you go west out of Yosemite on Hwy 120 towards Groveland, the Big Oak Flats entrance, once you're out of the National Park and in the Stanislaw National Forest you could hunt blackmail deer with a bow in September. It's been several years but I have topo maps with the logging road numbers we used to hunt on the north side of 120.

no, i dont have any video. I can see if i can get some though if your interested. As for the specs, the draw weight is about 53 lbs at full draw for me. Im on shift tonight so i dont have it in front of me, but i believe the length is about 63 inches if i remember correctly and i cant remember the draw length. I can check when i get off in the morning.
Its a pretty fast bow as well. At least it seems like it is compared to some recurves i shot not too long ago. Id like to shoot it through a crony to see how fast it is shooting.
I also put a buckskin handle on the bow last night. Came out really good.
Bill, that sounds like an awesome place to hunt. Not sure i will have time to do that though. Ill be out there 14 days, and have planned on being climbing most of that. I may check into it though. Any idea what an out of state liscense is in cali?
