Rem 700 adl to bdl conversion

Ive got a Rem 700 in a short action ADL and id like to replace the stock.
Of course the stocks i like are all BDL models

looks like the only difference i can see is the trigger guard assembly (bottom metal)???

please fill me in

It was an easy switch when I did it

Trigger guard assembly and magazine box. The magazine box is longer on the adl. It can be made to work if you have the skills

What stocks do you like ? Most manufacturers offer ADL versions

BDL hardware will set you back $100 or more depending on the brand you buy

I have picked up take off BDL stocks for 40 and bottom metal like Blake said will run 100 or more, would be easy way to go though doing the work yourself.

call Ryan and ask if he has an ADL stock mold and can create the stock you want (in the ADL configuration)

If you definitely want the BDL, then disregard above and buy you BDL components. Pretty sure I have a matte 700 SA BDL BM that I will sell at a very fair price... PM me if interested
