My sister just left her husband and I'm going to try and find her a good man. The way I figure it, a guy with about 1000 acres of hunting land should be good enough. Bonus points if you have a weekend house on a nice lake or the bay. I'll be pre screening all applicant and I do take bribes.

Lol I’m recently divorced and there is a woman I know that is HIGHLY interested in me that I want nothing to do with. Tell my uncle about it and the first words out of his mouth were “she have a place to hunt?”
