      I shoot 5 and pull. I use one of those 5 circle targets and have my arrows numbered. That way I know what arrow I shot at what circle incase some of those "bad habits" start showing their head...

        By myself I'll shoot 2-3, with a group of people 3-4

        I'll even run to go get my arrows to get the heart rate up, like a buck would do to me!

                I have targets set up from 20-60, so I don't shoot the same target every shot and I mix it up in the order I shoot.

                    I shoot 1 a day. I leave it in the target and grab it when I get home from work. Then I shoot it from a different distance and elevation. Then it stays in the target till the next day. It's weird I know. But I only get one shot just like hunting.

                                3-5 depending on my mood. I put the most emphasis on the first shot of the day. That is the one that has to be perfect in my opinion. The rest of the time, Im working to strengthen my muscles and to have repeatable form.
