Help locating High-End Fiberglass Blind manufacturer

Someone posted a link to a very different fiberglass blind manufacturer and I cannot remember the name or locate the post. It was a very uncommon company. The blinds look different than the average fiberglass blind. It almost appears to have been sprayed with some sort of liner that makes it very thick.
Can you help?
