Default Trespasser help

Anyone clear this license plate up a little? Actually see the truck pretty regular on our road. Next time I see him I will confront askin reason for being on my place and why he turned a couple cameras off. If I can get the plate cleared up I may just leave it up to the GW.

Rear plate is clearest pic I have.

Spike strips in the road will fix that issue

GW should have access to technology to clear up the plate.

If you find him, ask him if that truck is for sale. I'm thinking if he wants to sell it cheap then maybe there's no reason to involve a GM at all

Good luck.

Set the camera to short video, then you can pick out a frame with clear LP

I didn't think you would mind me riding around drinking a beer

LEO is best bet

Curious if the drive is gated?
Not that it makes it OK if it is not.

It is gated. I had just mowed earlier that day and left the gate open. He came in while I was at my son's baseball game. I normally have cams on video only during season. Not much battery life in the summer heat on video mode.

Is that the full size image off your covert? If it's the one you got on your phone/computer, go get the full size image off the card in the camera. It will have better resolution and might help with the plate details...

Pic of a pic. Even on laptop with original post it's blurred. I'll update with outcome. Someone else had trespassing and theft broad daylight Friday and Saturday very close. Not sure if they are connected but he could have been staking things out.

If you know who it is and see the truck weekly why not snap a quick picture from a similar angle for comparison reasons as well as a clear picture of the plate then forward everything to the GW?

That's the plan. Dont know who it is just know he drives by regularly on our road. Just waiting for him to come by again. I am not the only one watching for him.

Its because you aren't allowed to defend your land anymore against trespassers. It used to be that you could be shot on sight and if you were real lucky the landowner would just use rock salt to teach you a lesson.

Sherrif called and stated he knows the description of the truck well and will get back with me. Extra patrol in our neck of the woods. Just a waiting game! The truck also has red and blue lights on the front bumper.

Taking a cell phone picture of your computer monitor showing a picture, and then posting a tiny version of that picture on TBH, is not a good start. Send me the ORIGINAL file straight from the SD card and I'll see if we can try the ol' CSI Enhance Trick.

And how you going to run that? Hopefully not with TCIC. Felony bud....or.maybe misdemeanor. Anyway, a BIG no-no that way....

And dont get bored like one of ky officers did one night and run the POTUS. You will get a visit within 24-hours from some people in suits.

Bag of nails!

RiverRat1 I hear ya. Sgt told me he recognized the vehicle. There is history with the guy. Hopefully it's more than just trespassing and they can do more than that to him.

He sure doesn't want me to find him on my place especially a second time!

I had bow blinds and stands piled on the edge of the woods for relocation that he went right by. Didn't mess with any. Believe the cameras that were messed with were done prior to his visit. I did have some hog doggers on the place a couple months ago. Repositioned cams yesterday and just set 2 on video mode.

Could just as well be a neighbor seeing the gate open wanting to visit with you, checking if you could use some help, checking to see if you could mow something for him, maybe he needed someone to lease his property for hunting. My point..I wouldn't get to worked up about it at this point being the gate was open, he's going down the road, and nothing came up missing. Worth checking in to...but no need to blast away at this guy either.

Almost looks like a disabled vet plate. That would be an easy truck to spot. Maybe just trying to be neighborly

Leave a note then! Been here 10 yrs. Know all surrounding land owners. Getting more details and should come to conclusion quickly. We all know one another on this stretch of road. You see a "No Trespassing" sign that doesn't mean you can come through the gate and help yourself around the entire perimeter!

Jeff I called local VFD already. No matches but that was my first thought!

Seriously? I live here! This is my home property. I do not know the guy personally. He frequents our road as I recognize the vehicle. Is he an adjoining neighbor? No! Does he have the right to just go through my gate and help himself 15 minutes around my property? No!

I want a name and instead of waiting for his sorry a to take another joy ride on my place I will post a pic and see if I can get details. Clear enough? Do I need to add to my story?

Land is no different than a home! How would some of you like to come home and know someone's just helped themselves into your place and looked around? Frustrating especially after dealing with hog doggers 2 months ago! People need to respect other people's property!

Lone Wolf, how many times did you edit your reply to my comment? Lol. I hope I didn’t come across as being rude or having “my panties in a wad”.... I was just curious why he was asking people on TBH when The trespasser is local and finding his information should be a whole lot more practical going local ?
