Deer lease info??

Lookin at leasing a new place off of 29 west of Burnet headed towards Llano. Just east of Lake Buchanan
What do deer numbers look like in the area?
Good area, bad area?
Typical hill country deer?
What about exotics? Any free range in the area?

Any info would be appreciated before I look at it and (more than likely) hand over money and sign the lease this Saturday

Good numbers but I haven't seen any exotics on the road but that doesn't mean they aren't there. Never hunted that area but drive that area quit often. Coach Em Up might know.

A buddy of mine has a long term lease right there. Typical hill country deer on his place - anything over 130'' is big. There place is very rugged w/ big granite outcroppings. They do have Aoudad.
