Animal track

What kinda track is this? At first I thought coons, but a few of them look to deep to be coons.

Looks like a big fat corn and protein fed coon to me. Only other animal I know that makes similar tracks is otter, but those look like coon to me.

I found some tracks one day down in the bottom of the creek where we used to live. That were noticeably bigger than any coon tracks I have ever seen, we had some big coons, but I am sure the tracks I found were larger than coon. I had seen a animal dead on the side of the road, not far from where we live, that I am pretty sure was a porcupine, a few weeks earlier. I got to thinking that the tracks I saw in the bottom of the creek were probably porcupine tracks. I did not know we had them in the area, but over the years, I have noticed they seem to be expanding their range to the east. I know there were a lot of them out in the Boerne area, was pretty sure I saw some dead ones around the New Braunfels area, a couple years before. I am pretty sure some porcupines moved into the Marion area, I think that's what made the tracks I saw. I never confirmed for sure that's what it was.
