He will be closer to 140. You should trust you instinct. If you are going back and on whether or not to shoot him, let him walk. He might be better next year, maybe not.

I have him around 140 and looks like a 4.5 year old or rutted down 5 year old.

I agree on age, but don't have him quite as high on score. But 130 yes
