I looked at one of these on a friends bow recently and I actually liked it.

Have any of you guys tried one?

my uncle let me use his for a year, it works great for anything i'd say under 30, i think the dot is a bit too big for anything further. It works great though, just like a red dot on a rifle, you shoot with both eyes open. Easy to adjust distance, good sight, just needs a bettery battery life is pretty good on it too though i only changed the battery once in 6 months of shooting almost every day.
