Texasbowhunter group caribou hunt 2014

Lets do a group hunt this Aug. let's shoot around 10th thru the 20th. Dates not set in stone.
Need Bowhunters education cert
Tags are 325 ea. can be use on black bear also until July 31 of the next year.
85 for hunting lic
Your gas cost would be around 200 each.
Food would be split up.
If we really want nice tents they are 250 a week for Arctic ovens
Or 75 week for 4 season rei tents they sleep 3 people each
I would really like some folks to bring their kids.
Jet blue has the cheapest tickets around that time around 500 round trip
If we a bunch of people who want to go we will have to look into renting a bigger vehicle

OK this is interseting always looking to hunt with fellow TBHr's. I have two caribous on the wall but I would love to take my son. Would this be strikly bow? How is the caribou popuation in that area? Since we are hunting as a group how long are you suggesting we will be in the field? I heard hunting on Haul RD can be pretty competitive with other hunters have you done this before?

Oh, this sounds great! It also appears to be cheaper than an elk hunt!
Is this a semi-guided hunt (appears they supply equipment and location?) or a fully guided hunt or DIY?
Are you planning a ten day hunt or are those tenative dates from departure to return?

I would love to go on this hunt but it just wont work out for me this year. Next year I would be there.
