Pointers for Double L?
Going to hunt and meet the legendary 'Pops' wednesday. Any specific stand I should ask for? Tips?

Pops will put you in the right stand. Just control your scent the best you can,
don't make any noise and try not to move around much. If you don't shoot the first little pig that comes in you should be able to shoot one in the hundred pound range. Get there a little early and pops will probably take you for a little drive around the ranch to see all the game. Good luck and have fun. -

I hunted with pops last march, I traveled all the way down from north carolina and it was worth every mile,i had a blast, I shot three good hogs, and saw 30 more, his stands are well placed, the best spot in my opinion is right behind the bunkhouse at the intersection. I recommend, you get the tour of the place on his feed routes you will see some great stands and great animals, it will feel like your in africa, youll see zebra, nilgai but there is plenty to choose from.good luck to you,sir!
