Dressing......Cornbread or Whitebread?

Im a fan of cornbread! There are a few things that granny adds to it that make it AWESOME! Celery, and pecans. The pecans really make it over the top!

Celery, onion, egg. I'm soooo far out on pecans in dressing it ain't even funny.
Kind of like finding apples in tuna, it just ain't right. lol
Doze nuts belong in dessert. But different strokes.

My dad always did lots of cornbread and a few hotdog buns with lots of their good stuff. Never had it better anywhere else.

That's weird. Dated a girl from Boston for 2 years and she thought it was the strangest thing that we in the south eat white bread. When we would travel back east, they would almost look at me funny when I talked about eating white bread.
