Small safe for single female in apartment

My daughter just bought her first pistol but lives in an apartment and is looking for a small safe to keep it in, like the kind that reads your fingerprints (or something similar).

I also seem to remember furniture and wall art that has hidden compartments?

As her father I want to add my "must haves" for the safe. I like there to be a way to "hard install" so it can't just be carried away during a burglary.

Ideas????

Unless she has kids I wouldn't put a protection piece in it.

FWIW.......my son bought a 2'x2' safe and welded a chain to it so it could be bolted to the wall/floor.

tractor supply has some decent ones on sale sometimes. i bought four a few years ago. been using mine ever since. they were like 169 i think i paid 39 . has the push button electric combo on it. they will hold two compact pistols.

I had two different biometrics. They were hit or miss opening on the first or even second try. If she has no kids, why lock it up?

Burglaries or inspections by maintenance while she isn't there.
