I’m preparing some pods for a marinade and these are way hotter than I thought they would be. I roasted them for a few minutes and you can smell the heat. I tasted on and it is even a little warm for my liking.
To hot for a potluck? I can go a different direction. The coworkers are mostly younger and can probably handle the heat.
