Jeep high rack/back seat ideas?

Im wondering what ideas you guys have? Any pics, measurement etc would help.

The back seat is in bad shape so I rather build a higher seat rack for it and that'll also give me room to load other things underneath the seats. I have all the fabrication tools to do it and Im also a decent welder so Im mainly looking for ideas and pics.

Go heavy on bottom and light on top.
Include a ladder, hand rails & cup holders.
Bolt it down.
