    Waterfowl wader jacket recommendation

I'm needing to get a wading jacket for ducks, what's a good recommend one?
They don't seem to be cheap, so buy once, cry once, enjoy field time.

Sitka Delta Wading Jacket. Buy once cry once for sure. It's also a shell so you can wear it in warmer weather without dying. Still 100% waterproof and mine is about 5 years old. No rips, frays, leaks or anything.

I have a browning dirty bird I spent $250 on it 2 years ago. Still great condition just don’t wear it anymore. Will sell for $50

I have to wear all Sitka stuff now for pictures. It is awesome stuff but if you are not hunting daily I wouldn’t spend the money

When im hunting in waders i just have on a good camo hoodie. I hate having a big puffy jacket tucked in my waders. Unless its going to be pouring rain then i put on a big waterproof jacket.
Just something to think about, might be worth getting something that has a shell system so you can adjust it to the weather or getting something from sitka that's not too bulky.

                this is great advise.

I wear the sitka grinder hoodie. Plenty warm with a long sleeve shirt underneath. Hunted in 10 degree weather and was just fine. And I hate being cold...

Just get a good pair of waders and wear whatever you want. Most everything is tucked into your waders anyway. I wear a t shirt and carry a jacket. Once I get decoys our I open my backpack and layer up just like I'm deer hunting and then pull waders up over. This keeps my sleeves dry and me from seating while putting 0out decoys and such.

I prefer Rivers West. There waterproof jackets are truly waterproof. Warm. Not big and bulky and not as expensive as some of the others with an excellent warranty.

I have a Herter's 4-in-1 wader jacket for sale in the classifieds, check it out.
You will not get cold in this jacket, is just taking up room in my closet.

I like Drake. I normally wear an eqwader jacket most of the season but also have some heavier stuff I can zip a liner in and wear when in Kansas in January/February. Plus I get it at a heck of a price. But it has never let me down.
