Okay I got the boat home last night and clean out a lot old trash. Then I took the old plywood off. As you can see it was packed full of styrofoam. Shop vac time, but was wondering if there is some kind of replacement foam I can use.

I am considering using this as a replacement.

It was suggested on a boating forum.

I helped a friend redo his old boat several years ago. He used a liquid foam. Pour it in and it expands. Worked really good.

Hey man, I dont have the gear to weld aluminum. But im in The Colony, and redid my SeaArk a few months ago. I posted a 'follow-along' thread on it.

Anyway, if you need help with anything or have any questions let me know. I used the Tuff Coat and Parkers as well.

                  Thanks for the offer.

I cannot find the thread you are talking about.

I got the main decking off. Off to Lowes for plywood, insulation, and sealant.

                          Trolling motor runs
Fish finder will not power up.
                          Lights work

Need the paint from Cabelas so the new wood is sealed and protected.

I figured out why the fish finder would not work. I have to rewire the power supply and I am all set. Tested it out and the fish finder powered one. The rear fish finder needs to be rewired and a new fuse holder installed.

Installed a new fuel line. Might need a new 6 gallon fuel tank. What can I do with old fuel in this tank?
