    Inshore Spinning reel recommendation.

Looking to replace a few worn out shimano stradic 3000s for targeting reds, trout, and flounder. I havnt really bought reels in a long time so I'm kinda out of the loop on what's any good these days. Looking to keep them at about 100-150 each.

Penn battle, I use this and it's withstood everything I've thrown at it. No problems at all, a hose down with freshwater after use and it's good to go. Can't even remember how old mine is and it still keeps kicking.

I've had good luck with Shimano Sedona and Penn Battle II For both fresh and salt.

That was the last reel I bought a battle 2 4000 about 5 years ago, the first one was crap and locked up all the time traded it in for another and has been pretty good. Might buy a few from tackle direct they are offering a 20 gift card with the purchase.

I like the Penn Conflict. I don't use mine much though, I prefer bait cast but I use my spinning reels when I'm fishing popping corks.

I thought I had the battle 2 for the longest time but I actually have the battle 1. It's a 2000 size and it slays fish. Pics are always needed[emoji16]Click image for larger version

Shimano Sahara, Penn Battle, or $13 reel on Amazon . Bought the reel on Amazon just playing one day, but its smooth , good drag ,and won't die

Penn battle ii 2500 is all we use and they gave tackled bull reds, iversized drums, trout and best of all they are tough smooth reels, and easy to clean!
