      270 is the only caliber designed around a specific bullet weight. Shoot 130grn to get the best performance. BT's were always accurate for me. Sight in at 1 1/2" high at 100 yrds and your good to 300 with no hold over.

        Savage .270 here. Shoot Core lokt 130's. Never had a need to shoot anything else.

          Harnady custom lite 120gr. You may lose a lot of meat though.

              in factory ammo mine likes 130 grain rem corlock better than any other i now handliad 130 geain seirra boatail spitzers

                    I shoot hornady superformance 130 gr. SST's out of mine and its about as accurate and hard hitting as I have ever used.
