Saturday morning I got skunked. Headed into Junction to meet up with a few TBH'ers for lunch. Headed back to the ranch to get in the stand. Got in the stand about 4:45 and waited. Keeping people posted on my Live hunt here on TBH and was starting to get board. Then I could hear the dove under the feeder take off. I knew something was coming in but did not know what it was. Finaly this doe popped her head out from around a cedar and started to the feeder. She stayed out of my shooting lane for about 20 minutes. She finaly stepped in to my shooting lane. I settled my pin right behind her shoulder and let the arrow fly. The maxima hunter tipped with a rage 2 blade hit alittle high but got the job done. She ran 20 yards and piled up. Wish I could have got that on video, but it happened so fast that all I got was the shot. Hope you enjoy the short clip. Sorry for the video being grainy. I am still learning how to edit video.
